I have been using an Iodine supplement called Iodine Plus-2. It contains Iodine/Iodide 12.5mg, Iodine 5mg and iodide as potassium salt 7.5 mg. Does this sound good? Do you have a specific supplement you recommend? I am enjoying your website and your daily messages very much.
