I am not in favor of the flu vaccine or flu shots. Our best protection from the flu is to have a strong immune system, which comes from
eating the right (real) foods,
not eating the processed foods,
taking potent supplements, and
getting rid of the toxins that interfere with the immunes system.

I am adamantly opposed to the swine flu vaccine, and am convinced that getting a vaccination against swine flu is not in your best interest. Read the facts, and decide for yourself.
