Stan M. Gardner, MD, was trained in traditional Western medicine. He received a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Utah State University, attended medical school in the Philippines (where he learned firsthand about alternative methods of healing), did a residency in Pediatrics at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and practiced conventional medicine for 15 years. Being a college student with his wife out of town, I was rummaging through my kitchen during lunch time and the only thing I found that appeared edible was a package of chocolate pudding. I got excited and made the pudding because, like most people, sweets above most things look especially delicious when you’re hungry. Once the pudding was prepared, I sat down and started eating it while reading this blog… ironic, eh? It was then that I realized why I didn’t feel right.
Tendonitis. (I didn’t want to check “arthritis” on your list as I’m pretty sure that the pain in & near my right elbow is tendonitis, not arthritis.)
My parents both had arthritis, but so far (I’m 62) I have been spared.
