Several of my daughters have frequent migraines. They’ve found that MSG and nitrates in processed meats contribute to them. Are there any good solutions besides avoiding these items? How often and how much of the feverfew would you recommend?

Weather Changes and Migraines

Dr. Gardner, We just returned from eight days in sunny Florida. Ever since we returned I have had a migraine. I seem to be sensitive to weather changes. The cool, damp weather (and no sun) seems to be really affecting me this time. What are your thoughts on this? Thank you.
