Hi Dr. Stan: I am taking Chlorella and was wondering if adding Spirulina was necessary. Do they have different properties and would one need to take both.
I’m not sure why you are taking Chlorella, but I use it as an herbal detoxifier for toxic metals (as with chelation therapy).
