Dear Healthy Thinkers,
Please accept my apologies for the delay in launching Sweet Freedom from Sugar; it has been a tough week with the loss of my wife’s dear mother. She passed away in our presence at her home on Wednesday morning, December 30. Since that time, we have experienced a whirlwind of activities, celebrating her life and joining together with our loved ones to reminisce about her influence in our lives.
Sweet Freedom from Sugar will be up in the next few days. I will let you know more about this incredible program. As I sort through what needs to be done to make this the most productive way to follow your New Year’s resolutions to become even more healthy and full of energy than before, I’ll keep you posted on the exact date–to give you plenty of time to join up while it’s available.
In the meantime, please let your friends know–this is a great program to do with friends! And you might enjoy reading this experience from one participant last year:
I can attest to the success of the Sweet Freedom From Sugar program. This has worked for me, when nothing else did. I have had a slight set-back during the holidays, but within a couple of days of having a sweet treat here and a sweet treat there, have discovered that my addiction to sugar is too strong and today being the first day of the year I am going back to complete abstinance from refined sugars. I have lost 35 lbs in less than six months and my diabetic husband, who only viewed the first DVD in the program has eliminated refined sugars and cut down on even healthy carbs. The result is he has been able to cut way down on his insulin intake and hopes to be completely off it soon. His weight loss has not been as dramatic as mine, but it is consistantly dropping.
I highly recommend this program!

My doctor says I can get all the vitamins and minerals I need from my food. What is your opinion on this?
I used to say the same thing to my patients, back in the days before I studied healthy alternatives. It is the party line of allopathic medicine, although that is starting to change. Here's the bottom line, and I'll follow up with some info on what allopaths are now doing:

I also truly appreciate Doctor Gardner’s help with my sugar reduction. I now eat virtually no refined sugar, and feel SO much better than before. The amazing thing for me is when I see a batch of fresh cookies and realize that I would sincerely rather have a healthy treat. What an amazing turnaround from before! It has been life-changing for me!
