I’m curious about the omega-6 oil as well. I eat a primal diet and only eat grass fed beef (when eating beef) and wild caught salmon. I also take krill oil tablets. Is it possible to get too much omega-3?
As you know, the diet you are on is excellent. Grass fed beef is much lower in omega-6 oils, and salmon and krill oil are pure omega-3 oils. It is possible to get too much omega-3 oils, thereby compromising the important duty of the omega-6 oils in the cell membranes. As the fluidity of the cell membranes diminish, the cells do not function as well in their duties of energy production, nutrient intake and waste removal. With the need for a 4 : 1 ratio of omega-6 : omega-3 oils in our body, and the fact that the ratio in the body is directly related to intake, I advocate a ratio of essential fatty acids in favor of omega-6. The question is ultimately answered in each individual by little-utilized laboratory tests.

My doctor says I can get all the vitamins and minerals I need from my food. What is your opinion on this?
I used to say the same thing to my patients, back in the days before I studied healthy alternatives. It is the party line of allopathic medicine, although that is starting to change. Here's the bottom line, and I'll follow up with some info on what allopaths are now doing:

So what are those little utilized tests? Are there symptoms of too much 0mega 3 ?

Dear Doctor Gardner,
I tried to order your free offer, but it seems that you are only catering for America and Canada.
Is there any way that we who live in Australia can try your supplements ?
Have a good day,
Regards, Harry
