Why am I doing this? Well, I’ve told you a couple of reasons in the past. I actually have several. So I thought I’d share a few more with you.
I want you to be healthy. I mean, I REALLY want you to be healthy. That’s my mission in life: to help as many people as I can to be healthy–to relieve people of their suffering. When our bodies (of which we only get one) are in pain, malnourished, out of shape–we’re miserable! (So I guess I could say I want to put you out of your misery :) )
I also want to thank you for being supportive, understanding readers. When I first began this website, I was astounded at how many, especially in the traditional medical field, were opposed to the concept of healthy alternative medicine. Over the years, though, you and your friends have shown me that this cause is not in vain: we are making a difference and we ARE helping people to achieve dynamic health and energy!
So every once in a while, when I say something that doesn’t fit with mainstream media’s interpretation of health, I can count on your encouragement. Thank you.
I want you to try these and see the difference they make in how you feel. If they don’t help you, you don’t have to keep taking them. But if they DO help you–and I know they will–I hope you will continue to take them, and let others know about them–and we can start making a difference in peoples’ health, one bottle of supplements and one bit of healthy education at a time.

My doctor says I can get all the vitamins and minerals I need from my food. What is your opinion on this?
I used to say the same thing to my patients, back in the days before I studied healthy alternatives. It is the party line of allopathic medicine, although that is starting to change. Here's the bottom line, and I'll follow up with some info on what allopaths are now doing:

This is sooo exciting. My husband, a basketball referee, has had a hip problem since Feb. Doctors guess infection set in from a tooth ache (pulled) and/or a ruptured ear drum. It ate away his hip - surgery- getting a real hip replacement Dec. 11. So hoping for him to be able to walk again. Thank you for all the info you have shared with us.
