I’ve been a teeth-grinder all my life. I would grind my teeth to the
rhythm of music or to the ticking of a clock. When I was particularly
stressed, I would wake in the morning with headaches from grinding my
teeth all night long. A dental appliance would keep me from grinding but
not from clenching my teeth.
“Dr. Gardner recommended a combination of Jin Shin Jyutsu and massage
therapy. After only one such treatment with Dr. Gardner, I awoke the
next morning without a headache. It was the first night in at least 20
years that I had slept without grinding my teeth.
“Subsequent treatments have helped me to manage my stress and energy
levels and to treat not only the symptoms but the root causes of my
teeth-grinding.
“Thank you, Dr. Gardner. What a relief!”
My doctor says I can get all the vitamins and minerals I need from my food. What is your opinion on this?
I used to say the same thing to my patients, back in the days before I studied healthy alternatives. It is the party line of allopathic medicine, although that is starting to change. Here's the bottom line, and I'll follow up with some info on what allopaths are now doing:© 2008 Stan Gardner, M.D. | Disclaimer | RSS Feed
