Dear Healthy Thinkers,
You know how in the last several days I have been giving you little hints that I’m up to something big?
I’m so excited I can hardly type this! I have something incredible to share with you: a Christmas and New Year of Health gift that I am GIVING to you. It’s too big to tell you about all at once, so I want to tell you about how the whole idea came about.
First, I hope your Thanksgiving season was full of joy and gratitude as mine was-spending time with loved ones. I even got to do a duet on the piano with my little 6-year-old granddaughter! And you should have seen me leaping through the “hoop” we set up at the gymnastics place-I made a running jump and dove through the hoop into a pit of foam. Here’s a picture of me doing the first leap without the hoop:
And here I am resting in the foam after my strenuous jump, watching while our adorable daughter in law, Brittany, is being pummeled with foam by her brothers in law:
All in all, we had a great time!
I wanted to share with you some of my New Year’s Resolutions:
1. I want to express my gratitude more often for our incredible bodies and their self-healing power
2. I want to share my knowledge and experience in the medical field with like-minded people who want to achieve dynamic health and energy
3. I want to provide people around the world with healthy alternatives to drugs and surgery, using integrative medicine, alternative medicine, complementary medicine, holistic medicine–you get the idea; it’s all pretty much the same thing
I shared my thoughts with the family over the Thanksgiving holidays, and Josh, one of our sons, came up with an idea that was so incredible he couldn’t sleep! When he told me about it, I got very excited too. I’ll share it with you tomorrow…
…if you’ll promise to share it with those you care about:) To your dynamic health and energy, Dr. Stan

My doctor says I can get all the vitamins and minerals I need from my food. What is your opinion on this?
I used to say the same thing to my patients, back in the days before I studied healthy alternatives. It is the party line of allopathic medicine, although that is starting to change. Here's the bottom line, and I'll follow up with some info on what allopaths are now doing:

I can find no telephone number in order to contact you about the vitamin gift. I have had a dear friend die and I have not been on the internet for a few days. I would plead with you to send me one bottle of your vitamins for my husband. Sincere Thank You! Pat Park
