I feel worlds better when I eat natural food from the earth. I believe that this is not only because I’m eating healthy, but because pure things are entering my body. Thanks for the reminder, Dr. Gardner.

My doctor says I can get all the vitamins and minerals I need from my food. What is your opinion on this?
I used to say the same thing to my patients, back in the days before I studied healthy alternatives. It is the party line of allopathic medicine, although that is starting to change. Here's the bottom line, and I'll follow up with some info on what allopaths are now doing:© 2008 Stan Gardner, M.D. | Disclaimer | RSS Feed

Dr. Gardner,
I have to agree with you on hating to take all these darn pills. But, just like you, within two weeks, I can fell a noticeable difference in the way I feel. You should start a program on hair dialysis and then pharmaceutically have a supplement made up for each person. Of course, we all know that that will take forever. I certainly feel the lad when I am not taking my supplements. Glad to know that it’s not just mind over matter. Noreen Wilkins
