What Are the Risks of a Flu Vaccine?

October 23rd, 2009 · 8:27 AM

My doctor said, “you must have a H1N1 vaccine. If you don’t, it will attack your lungs first and fill them with fluid.” Please reply, you I trust.

I am not your doctor; I don’t know your age or your unique circumstances, but as a general rule, these are the concerns I have:

1. The safety studies on the ’swine flu’ vaccine have not been released

2. The vaccine was fast-tracked through the approval process without the usual testing and verification period

3. There are fewer people dying from this particular flu virus than are usual for a flu season

4. The pharmaceutical companies are immune to law suits from any side effects to the vaccine

5. The southern hemisphere has had its ’swine flu’ season and it was not significantly worse than other years

6. Most of the deaths related to swine flu have been in people who are already compromised with other health conditions.

You may or may not fit into that category.  Your body is your body; you need to carefully study and review ALL of the facts and make your decision. Perhaps it will help to get another professional opinion; I am not your physician and obviously cannot recommend what is right for you in particular.

As a general rule, everyone’s best protection is making themselves healthy:

*no sugar or processed food

*good supplements and

*getting vitamin D levels in the 50s to 60s range, with vitamin D intake in the 1000 IU to 5000 IU range if you live in the northern part of the US.

Why is such a high level of Vitamin D needed? What health benefits come from Vitamin D? And what foods can it be found in? I know it is added to milk and your body produces it while exposed to the sun. What happens if you don’t get enough Vitamin D?

I have a friend who took her 4 year old in to get the h1n1 flu shot because he is prone to lung infections. She didn’t think that she needed the shot for herself, but the doctor brow beat her into it. She said, “Your the Mom and you have to stay well to take care of your kids. Get back in line and get your shot.” My friend coward and received the vaccine and she has had terrible anxiety attacks for almost a week now. She didn’t get flu symptoms, but it messed up her chemistry so bad that she hasn’t been able to sleep much. I know that the immunization won’t affect others the way it did to her, but I am really frustrated that any medical professional would become so adamant that someone should be immunized when they really don’t feel like they should. Thank you for one more voice of reason in this ridiculously translucent govt. power grab. If we remain healthy we have no reason to get crazy and introduce who knows what! into our bodies. There are not enough poisons that we should TRUST govt. to put whatever this is into us? NOT I MY FRIEND!!

I am adamantly against the H1N1 vaccination program and have encouraged all 9 of our children to stay clear of it. A daughter just moved here from Texas and is absolutely amazed at how this state, via the media, doctors, etc., is pushing the vaccination program–literally using scare tactics to indoctrinate. Shameful!
